Jasmin Bailey is a Canadian jazz vocalist. Her musical contributions to jazz stems from the original compositions of Mr. Richard Uglow & Johnny Blue of Toronto. Jasmin’s album of 2008 To the change in you, was well received and is available on many online music retail stores such as CD Baby, ITunes ect. The Jasmin Bailey Band consisting of Richard Uglow and Mike McClellan is a most dynamic trio, sounding more like a septet with Richard on Piano, Bass and Harmonica, Mike on drums and saxophone and Jasmin on vocals an percussion. These experienced musicians have graced the stage of many venues in and around theToronto area; including Lula Lounge, The Distillery District and The Old Mill. Jasmin is a well sort after studio vocalist and song writer. One of her past projects includes Credit Canada’s 2010 Reverse the blues commercial. She's currently working on her 2nd jazz album and expects the release date to be in the spring of in 2012.
